Jeff Surak lives in Washington DC. He runs the zeromoon label. He is the artistic director of the sonic circuits festival. He is capable of creating the most beautiful sounds you ever heard. He is a fan of Radio On. In his piece he melts rare recordings, tour recordings, spoken word and the anthem of heavens into one long composition.
