An evening of Poetry and Culture at Curious Fox bookstore, celebrating the launch of Tabkha – A cookbook of 20 recipes, each one illustrated by a different artist, Tabkha was created by chef Mona Zahed while she lived in a tent having been displaced from her home in Gaza.
‘We are delighted to be joined by one of the illustrators, Dee Mulrooney, for the Berlin launch of this beautiful book and celebration of Palestinian cuisine and culture.’
All proceeds from sales of the book go directly to Mona and her family.
