Thanks to Mustafa we managed to get the very last tickets to see the legendary punk poetess Patti Smith here in Berlin at the Neue Nationalgalerie. Though tickets really made very little difference in the end as so many people had turned up there was literally no space between those with tickets and none. An incredibly intimate (despite so much audience). performance from Patti Smith showing her absolute humanness and sensitivity keeping her fire alive. Still as relevant now as she was in the historical times she lived through – an epic concert.
